General Information

Take 10 drops under tongue each
night before bed.
Adults:
Take 20 drops under tongue each
night before bed.

If unwell take 20 drops, four times a day.

If recovering from illness, surgery or injury take 20 drops morning and night as as needed.

9 Flower essences – First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand
In a base of Grander living water, non-palm vegetable glycerine,  food grade ethanol and Potassium sorbate.

Directions

People sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients should avoid this product. There is
0.005 grams of dried herb equivalent per 5 drops dose so herb/drug interactions will be
very rare if at all possible.
