Common Uses
Cascara bark was used traditionally by Native American Indians and later in Western Herbal practice to support bowel regularity. Cascara is one of the most common herbal remedies for sluggish bowels and can support bowel regularity, bowel transit time and bowel comfort. It also relieves flatulence (wind) and abdominal bloating and provides support for digestive discomfort.

From min. dry stem bark 550mg
Std. to Hydroxyanthracene derivatives calculated as Cascaroside A 15mg
Directions
Adults take one tablet daily with food or as directed by your health professional. Dose may be increased to one tablet twice daily if necessary.
