I received a Mobile SMS from Chemist Warehouse, is this a scam?

If you have opted to receive Chemist Warehouse SMS notifications for order updates, promotional offers and seasonal sales - you will periodically receive SMS notifications from us. If you believe you received a scam text message, or it has been identified as a scam above, please follow the instructions below;

SMS: DO'S

  • If an unsanctioned transaction has been debited from your account, contact your bank or payment provider to notify them immediately.
  • If you don't see a reference to the suspicious Mobile SMS you have received above, you can report it here and a customer service agent will assist your enquiry in a timely manner.
  • Delete the Mobile SMS after the prior steps have been taken. In some instances, a payment claim may require evidence.

SMS: DON'TS

  • Don't open any links.
  • Don't give out your personal information or bank details.

I received a suspicious email from Chemist Warehouse, is this a scam?

If you have opted to receive Chemist Warehouse newsletters, promotions or marketing - you will periodically receive emails from us. You will also receive transaction notifications when you shop online. If you believe you received a scam email, or if it has been identified as scam above, please follow the instructions below;
