Caruso's Valerian provides support for falling sleep and sleep quality, including restless sleep and deep sleep. Valerian is traditionally used in
Western Herbal Practice as it has calmative properties which support nerve system relaxation. It calms the nerves and provides support for feelings of mild worry.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) ext. dry conc. .......562.50mg
From min. dry root 2.25g (2250mg), std. to Valerenic acid 4.5mg

Contains tabletting aids and colouring substances.

Directions

Adults take 1 tablet a day half an hour before retiring, or as advised by your health professional.
