General Information

A unique formulation to encourage relaxation and support sleep and mood. 5-HTP provides the precursor to support serotonin production in the body. Deep Sleep contains added magnesium and vitamin B6 for sleep and mood support. Also included are the herbs passionflower, Californian poppy, and Jamaican dogwood to support sleep and relaxation.

Warnings

Not suitable during pregnancy or breatfeeding. Not suitable for children. Should not be taken with prescription sleep medication, Parkinson's medication or antidepressants.

Piscidia piscipula (Jamacian Dogwood) Bark 50mg
Vitamins Minerals:
Magnesium Oxide (Equiv. Magnesium 30mg) 50mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 1mg
No added gluten, dairy, egg, soy, wheat or artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners or preservatives. Suitable for Vegans.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules, 1 hour before bed or as professionally advised.
