General Information

Crush brassy tones for cooler, ashier, brighter blonde in just one use. With crushed violet and blue pigments, this rich formula instantly transforms even the most stubborn brassy yellow and orange tones into cooler, brighter blonde.

Warnings

For external use only.  Do not  apply to a sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes.  If contact occurs,  rinse thoroughly with water.  Avoid contact with fabrics and household surfaces to prevent staining.  If contact occurs, clean immediately.

Common Uses

Purple shampoos help to neutralize unwanted yellow and/or orange tones from the hair. For blondes who are looking for more neutral, cooler, or ashier tones, purple shampoos can help offset the warmer tones that appear in blonde hair over time. The John Frieda Violet Crush collection contains an intensive purple shampoo with crushed violet pigments that knocks out unwanted brassiness in just 1 wash as well as a purple conditioner designed to replenish moisture and hydrate the hair.  

Ingredients

Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, SodiumLauryl Sulfate, Glycol Distearate, Sodium Chloride,Cocamide MEA, Fragrance, Lactic Acid, DimethylIsosorbide, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Malic Acid,Cetyl Alcohol, Benzyl Alcohol, GuarHydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide,Disodium EDTA, Glycine, Benzophenone-4, EthylhexylMethoxycinnamate, Sodium Xylenesulfonate,Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone,Blue 1, Ext. Violet 2.

Directions

Gently massage into wet hair, lather & rinse well. For more intense results, and to fight stubborn brassiness, leave shampoo on hair 2-3 mins. Use daily until desired colour result is achieved. To maintain those results, alternate with your regular shampoo as needed. For best results, follow with Violet Crush Conditioner. Rinse hands immediately after applying shampoo to hair.
