Farex® Original Multigrain Cereal has a fine grains texture, suitable for ages 6+ months as they continue on their food journey and discover new textures. This cereal is rich in iron and provides a source of thiamin and niacin (when prepared).
Farex® Original Multigrain Cereal is an easy to prepare breakfast for your little one. Simply mix with your baby's usual milk or cooled boiled water to make a smooth consistency. Made with no added sugar or salt and no added colours, flavours or preservatives, Farex® Original Multigrain Cereal is a great pick for your bub.

Directions
How To Prepare:
1. Always wash your hands before preparing food for your baby.
2. Spoon 2 tablespoon of Farex® cereal into a clean bowl.
3. Add 4 tablespoons of your baby's usual milk (When mixing with breast milk, it is normal for rice cereal to become watery. You may want to add slightly more cereal) or cooled boiled water to make a smooth consistency.
4. Gradually increase the thickness of the cereal and increase amount according to your baby's appetite.
5. Throw out uneaten prepared cereal.
