Lifestream Meno Soothe contains three potent herbs: Black Cohosh, Chaste Tree, and Schisandra - to support you as you transition through all stages of menopause. Black Cohosh supports temperature + mood balance, sleep + mental clarity. Chaste tree supports hormone balance, period comfort + menstrual fluctuations. Schisandra supports a calm mind, liver function + detoxification.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus) 100mg, equiv. to dry fruit 1,000mg
Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) 50 mg, standardised extrac equiv. to triterpene glycosises 1.25mg, Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) 375mg, standardised extra equiv. to schisandrins 7.5mg.
Also contains encapsulating aids. No added dairy, soy, gluten or wheat. 

Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsule per day with food.
