Warnings

Ingredients

Each 4 g (1 rounded teaspoon) contains:


Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) ext. equiv. to dried flower 2000 mg


Magnesium (from Magnesium aspartate complex) 125 mg


Also contains: Maltodextrin, citric acid anhydrous, thaumatin, sorbitol, lemon flavour and rice hulls.


No added: Sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners or flavours.

Directions

Adult: Use one rounded teaspoon of powder.


Teens 13 - 18 years: Use 1/2 a rounded teaspoon of powder.


Add powder to a cup of hot or cold water and stir well.
