Rhodiola is traditionally used in Russian Herbal Practice to help support your body's resilience in stressful situations. Caruso's Rhodiola uses a standardised extract to provide support for feelings of stress and worry and to calm the
nerves. Caruso's Rhodiola also supports mental clarity and focus and provides support for mental fatigue and mental wellbeing.

Contains tabletting aids and colouring substances.

Directions
