Healtheries Flaxseed Oil, (also known as Linseed Oil) is an unrefined, natural plant-based souce of Omega 3 fatty acids which are important to include as part of a healthy diet. Flaxseed Oil, golden appearance and nutty flavour, it is produced by cold pressing NZ grown flaxseeds. Healtheries oils have no additives or synthetic antioxidants and are free from gluten.
