Ingredients

Spandex, Polyester, Neoprene, Polyurethane, Nylon, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)

Active Ingredients: Spandex, Polyester, Neoprene, Polyurethane, Nylon, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)

Directions

1. Unfasten straps and position support behind knee with straps above and below kneecap. 2. Slide top strap (without gel pad) through opening in opposite top strap. Position gel pad directly above kneecap. Apply desired tension to both straps and fasten to base. 3. Repeat step two for lower strap - position gel pad directly below kneecap over patella tendon. Adjust both straps as needed.
