General Information

Sustained-release, marine magnesium to help you through the day. This is a unique product, specifically designed to slowly release magnesium in your digestive tract over approximately 8 hours, allowing your body to properly absorb and utilise magnesium as it needs it. With added Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D3 to support the absorption of the slow released magnesium.Ideal for people who have more sensitive systems and for overnight absorption.

Warnings

Not suitable for those with kidney disease and renal failure. Take 2 hours away from antibiotics. High doses of magnesium may cause loose bowel motions or diarrhoea (this does will vary from person to person). Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.

No added gluten, dairy, soy, egg, wheat or artifical flavours, sweeteners or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians
