Habitrol Patches 14mg Step 2 helps you stop smoking. Habitrol Patches can help you to stop smoking with a step down program that reduces your nicotine intake gradually.

If you have relapsed in the past or you experience cravings whilst using Habitrol Patch, Gum or Lozenge on its own, you can combine the use of Habitrol Patch with Habitrol Gum 2 mg or Habitrol Patch with Habitrol Lozenge 1 mg. See enclosed leaflet for full directions.

Warnings

Do not use if:
- you are under 12 years of age
- you are a non-smoker or an occasional smoker
- you have a generalised skin disorder that may complicate patch therapy leg generalised psoriasis or chronic dermatitis)
- you have an allergy to nicotine or any component of the patch
- the sachet seal is broken.

Do not use unless a doctor has told you to use if:
- you have had a recent heart attack or stroke
- you have angina (chest pain) that is not well controlled or getting worse
- you have severe arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat)
- you have uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if:
- you are under 18 years of age
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- you have severe high blood pressure

Nicotine 14mg/24 hours.
Each patch contains 35mg nicotine.

Directions

Usage Program
Stop smoking and apply one patch daily according to the program below:
If you smoke 20 or more cigarettes per day
Habitrol Step 1
Start with Habitrol Step 1.
Use for 3 to 4 weeks.

Habitrol Step 2
Then move to Habitrol Step 2.
Use for 3 to 4 weeks.

Habitrol Step 3
Then move to Habitrol Step 3.
Use for 3 to 4 weeks.

If you smoke less than 20 cigarettes per day
Habitrol Step 1
Not required

Habitrol Step 2
Start with Habitrol Step 2.
Use for 6 to 8 weeks.

Habitrol Step 3
Then move to Habitrol Step 3.
Use for 3 to 4 weeks.

Apply one patch at the same time every day. Press patch firmly onto clean, dry, non-hairy skin, holding it in place for 20 seconds. Do not re-apply to previously used skin for 3 days. For full directions, please read the enclosed leaflet carefully.
