General Information

Over 300 biochemical reactions in the body require magnesium. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, keeps heart rhythm steady, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. Magnesium also helps support healthy blood sugar levels, normal blood pressure, and is known to be involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis.

Ingredients

EACH TABLET CONTAINS: Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate 364mg (80mg elemental Mg), Magnesium Aspartate 80mg (5mg elemental Mg), Magnesium Citrate 603mg (70mg elemental Mg), Magnesium Orotate 78mg (5mg elemental Mg), Pyridoxine HCL 5mg, Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 30mcg, Vitamin D3 100iu. 

Directions

1-2 tablets daily or as professionally prescribed. As magnesium may promote restful sleep it is suggested that tablets are taken in the evening
