The 800g pack is suitable for warm baths or foot soaks, with directions to use 1-2 cups in a bath or 1/2 cup in a foot soak for at least 20 minutes.

Mentholatum ICE Salts Magnesium Muscle Recovery is a mineral bath soak formulated for use after sports, exercise and intense activity. The blend contains magnesium sulphate (Epsom salts), magnesium chloride, MSM, sodium carbonate and peppermint oil. It is designed for full-body baths or foot soaks, with directions to add 1-2 cups to a warm bath or 1/2 cup to a foot soak and soak for at least 20 minutes. The product is positioned for tense, tight and aching muscles, with additional claims around helping reduce stress, promoting sleep and supporting sports recovery. Ingredients

Directions

Add 1-2 cups to a warm bath or 1/2 cup for a foot soak. Minerals will dissolve quickly and easily into the bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
