The range of Scholl In-Balance Orthotic Insoles have been developed with a team o experts. The Insoles work in 3 ways:
1) SHOCK REDUCTION - Immediately help to absorb stress-inducing shock through the lower body
2) PRESSURE RE-DISTRIBUTION - Contour to the feet to spread your weight more evenly and reduce pressure 
3) FOOT STABILITY - Help to stabilise the position of your foot to support your natural walking style

Common Uses

Arch Design Features:
-Arch support to reduce pressure caused by a flattening arch
-Metatarsal dome designed to cushion under the ball of foot area
-Gentle arch support to relieve stress caused by flattening arch or being on your feet all day

Directions

Instructions for use:
Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe. The end of the insole should sit at the base of the toes, this may result in the insole not touching the back of the shoe. For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance Orthotic Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day.
