Caruso's Slippery Elm Powder™ is an edible food with soothing properties for your digestive tract.

Slippery Elm powder comes from the "Red Elm" tree which is found in North America. It was called Slippery Elm for its gelatinous inner bark. As it comes into contact with water, it becomes mucilaginous or gel-like in texture which accounts for the majority of its properties. As a "demulcent" it is soothing to all mucous membranes. Native Americans traditionally used Slippery Elm as part of their traditional healing methods for centuries both orally and topically.

Caruso’s Slippery Elm is a soothing, easily digested beverage which acts like a lubricant throughout your stomach, intestines and large bowel. It soothes your whole digestive system.

Directions

30 minutes before a meal, add half a tablespoon into a glass of water, milk or juice (250ml), stir thoroughly and drink immediately, up to 3 times a day. Always use a dry spoon and replace lid after use.
