HOW SHOULD I APPLY SUNSCREEN FOR OPTIMAL PROTECTION
As a general rule, you should protect your entire body adequately. When applying sunscreen pay particular attention to the body's so-called "sun traps" (nose, checks shoulders, neck, arches of your feet, bald head) as these are very exposed to the sun's rays. Remember to re-apply after swimming and towelling. Every skin type is different and may need application more frequently. Put a timer on your phone so you don't forget to re-apply. Apply sunscreen 20minutes prior to before sun exposure across the whole body.
SEEK SHADE THROUGHOUT THE DAY
Remember to avoid intensive midday sun and prolonged exposure to the sun.
Did you know that up to 40% of UV rays still reach you in the shade?
Even though shade offers considerable protection from UV light, it does not shield you completely from it. A cloudy, grey sky reduces UV radiation by only a small percentage. So if you are in the shade or it's a cloudy day you should not go without adequate protection.

Highly effective UVA and UVB filters shield skin from sun damage. The non-greasy formula helps to soothe and calm reactive skin, made with quality ingredients such as Aloe Vera and Chamomile. Plus, the fragrance free formula with moisturising Vitamin E helps protect and repair the skin by keeping it hydrated resulting in it being less vulnerable to sun damage.
