General Information
Grahams Natural P+ Cream is a low–irritant emollient cream that acts by softening and soothe scaling, together with dry, irritated, itchy, flaky, thickened and red skin.
This cream acts by softening the surface, permitting removal of scaly looking skin and facilitating skin re-hydration. Scientifically created to relieve dry, itchy and irritated skin. Key product benefits:

The aim of Grahams Natural P+ Cream is to improve the condition of the skin by providing emollient and moisturising ingredients. By normalising the skin, natural responses such as itch and irritation are
reduced. The moisturising ingredients attract and retain a protective barrier, providing hydration necessary for healthy skin.
Warnings
Psoriasis in a chronic inflammatory disease with complex multi-system involvement. Your doctor's advice is required to manage this disease.

Psoriasis - dry, imflamed, itchy, flaky, denuded, thinkened &/or red skin.
Ingredients
Cetostearyl Alcohol, Medium-chain Triglycerides, Castor Oil, Honey, Glycerin, Urea, Calendula officinalis (Calendula) Flower Extract, Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) Extract, Sodium hyaluronate, Persea gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Macrogol Cetostearyl Ether /Polyoxyl 20 Cetostearyl Ether, Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) Nut Butter, Phenoxyethanol, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate & Tocopherol,Carnauba Wax, White Beeswax, Glyceryl Monocaprylate, Lactic Acid,Ethyl Ascorbic Acid.
Directions
Apply to clean, dry skin as frequently as required (normally 2-3 times daily) to keep scaly looking skin moist and hydrated. P+ Cream is a barrier cream to help maintain and protect the quality of the skin and is suitable for use on psoriasis. It is best to use protective emollients thinly and frequently throughout the day, because the emollient action helps the skin to maintain its natural hydration and
barrier function. Not suitable for application to large or open wounds.
