STEP 1
Place support over knee ensuring smooth side faces the skin and hole covers the knee cap.
STEP 2
While holding the support in place and stretching the leg, cross the two top straps (with brand logo) behind and above the knee and attach in front to the support.
STEP 3
Cross the two bottom straps under your knee and attach them to the support. Adjust tension to desired comfort and support.
