Swisse Ultiboost Menopause Balance helps reduce symptoms associated with the menopause, such as night sweats, hot flushes, irritability, and sleeplessness. It's formulated with black cohosh, a plant long used to relieve menopausal symptoms, and also calcium. The body's calcium requirements increase post menopause, so it's necessary to support healthy bones and teeth, and to help prevent osteoporosis where dietary intake is inadequate.
