Healthy Care Cod Liver Oil is a rich source of essential Vitamins A, D and Omega-3 fatty acids. Vitamin A is an essential antioxidant which helps support healthy skin and  immune system function. Vitamin D helps support calcium absorption into the bones.

Warnings

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. IIf symptoms persist, seek the advice of a healthcare professional. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents (RE), vitamin A can cause birth defects. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Contains fish products and Sulfites.

Storage Conditions: Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Cod Liver Oil 1000mg providing Vitamin A 300mcgRE
  Colecalciferol 2.5mcg (100IU)

Also contains: Gelatin, Glycerol.
No added sucrose, glucose, yeast, lactose, gluten, wheat, corn, salt, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules once a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 4 - 12 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 4 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
