Warnings
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains Vitamin B6. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains sulfites, fish products, soya bean products, phenylalanine and traces of pollen. Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bottle and/or cap seal is missing or broken.
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Vitamin D3 400 IU, Colloidal anhydrous silica 30 mg, Concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides 60 mg, d-alpha-tocopherol 20.12 mg, equiv. Vitamin E 30 IU, Demineralised fish proteoglycan extract 125 mg, Evening Primrose Oil 200 mg, equiv. Gamma-linolenic acid 20 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 10 mg, equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 8.23 mg, Retinol palmitate 1.37 mg, equiv. Vitamin A 750 microgram retinol equivalents, Selenomethionine 124 microgram, equiv. Selenium 50 microgram, Sodium ascorbate 33.75 mg, equiv. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 30 mg, Zinc amino acid chelate 37.5 mg, equiv. Zinc 7.5 mg. Contains encapsulating aids and colouring substances.

Directions
