General Information

The Optislim VLCD (very low calorie diet) Pumpkin soup is a nutritionally balanced total meal replacement designed for people requiring a practical weight management program. It contains all your daily nutritional requirements, including 25 vitamins and minerals when you use three soups per day. Remember to maintain adequate fluid intake.  We recommend that a minimum of 2 litres of water is consumed per day

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Milk Protein [Contains Soy Lecithin], Pumpkin Powder (16%) [Pumpkin, Maize Starch, Maltodextrin], Maltodextrin, Thickener (1422), Sugar, Cream Powder [Cream, Milk Solids], Sunflower Oil Powder [Milk Protein, Emulsifier (472c), Antioxidants (304, 306. 322, 472c)], Salt, Flavours (Wheat), Vitamins & Minerals [Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Maltodextrin, Chromium Chloride, Vitamin B3, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Molybdate, Sodium Selenite, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin A, Copper Sulphate, Vitamin 135, Vitamin D3, Manganese Sulphate, Vitamin B6 Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, Biotin, Vitamin B1], Potassium Chloride, Food Acid (330), Colour (160c), Spice. CONTAINS MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS, SOYBEANS AND THEIR PRODUCTS AND SULPHITES.

Directions

Add one 55g sachet to 200ml of hot water, do not use boiling water. Pour contents into a mug, add approximately 50ml of warm water and mix to form a thin paste then add 150ml of hot water and stir until dissolved. Drink immediately. Once prepared any unused portion of the soup should be discarded, it should not be stored for use at a later time. One serve of the Optislim VLCD soup can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the VLCD range.
