General Information

Cough Suppressant for fast relief of stubborn, tickly, dry coughs. Provides relief for up to 8 hours. Free from sugars, lactose, gluten. Suitable for diabetics. Strawberry flavour. Dosage cup provided

Warnings

Do not use this medicine: • In children under 6 years • If seal is broken. • If past
the expiry date. • With any other medicines (including complementary medicines) used to treat common cough and cold symptoms. • If you are taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or an antidepressant, or have taken the MAOI or antidepressant medicine within the past two weeks. •During an acute asthma attack. Use of this medicine has the risk of overdose or dependence. See your doctor or pharmacist before use: In children 6-11 years. Whilst using this medicine: If symptoms persist, see your doctor or pharmacist. Contains: Benzoates, sucralose and sorbitol. This medicine contains 18.2 g sorbitol per 40 mL (recommended maximum daily dose). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea..

Common Uses

Cough Suppressant for fast relief of stubborn, tickly, dry coughs.

Ingredients

Dextromethorphan hydrobromide monohydrate 15 mg (per 5 mL), Benzoates, sucralose and sorbitol.

Directions

Age: Adults and children 12 years and over
Dosage: 10 mL
How Often: Every 6-8 hours if necessary, maximum 4 doses per day.

Age: Children 6- 11 years (only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner)
Dosage: 5 mL
How Often: Every 6-8 hours if necessary. Maximum 4 doses per day.
