Additional Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Capsule), microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions

Adults (ages 12+): Take 1 capsule daily. Take on an empty stomach. Recommended 30 minutes prior to your first meal of the day or 2 hours after your final meal.

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Suitable for vegans.

Take away from medications by 2 hours.
