General Information

Two Islands Creatine Hydration is a daily formula designed to 
support strength and hydration. Formulated with micronised 
Purest Creatine™ Monohydrate, glycine, electrolytes and 
L-theanine, it helps support muscle performance and hydration 
so you can feel strong throughout the day.

Magnesium (as Magnesium Phosphate) 88mg
Glycine 1,000mg
Taurine 1,000mg
L-Theanine 200mg
Biotin 2.5µg

Also contains malic acid, natural peach flavour, natural raspberry flavour, beetroot powder, beta carotene, silica and stevia.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 250 mL of water. Stir or shake well until dissolved.
