Tart Cherry (Prunus cerasus) ext. equiv. to dry fruit 5000 mg

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) ext. equiv. to leaf & flower 1500 mg

Directions

Directions for Adults:
To make 250ml of drink mix one heaped metric teaspoon (5.30g) into cold water and stir well. Take in the evening 1 hour prior to bedtime.
