Dermal Therapy Cold Sore Patch is a thin and discrete patch, designed with added Hyaluronic Acid in an advanced barrier protection format to assist in the healing of cold sores.

WARNINGS: For external use only. Apply only to areas aff­ected by cold sores. May cause an allergic skin reaction. If medical advice is needed, keep the product packaging or label available. Keep out of reach of children. Do not dispose of in the environment. After use, place the patch in your household rubbish to avoid contamination. In case of serious incidents, report to the manufacturer and the competent authority. Single-use product. Do not reuse.

WHAT IS A COLD SORE?

A cold sore is caused by a viral infection and usually appears as a cluster of small blisters, most often on the lips.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?

Cold sores often start as a tingling, warm sensation or a red spot on the lips. Within a few hours, fluid-filled blisters may appear. They can be triggered by stress, illness, hormonal changes, exposure to sunlight, or certain foods. The virus remains in the body and cannot be completely eliminated by medication.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Wash your hands and ensure the a­ffected area is clean and completely dry. Avoid using creams or oils beforehand, as they can prevent the patch from adhering properly. Remove the patch from its protective paper. Carefully peel off one half of the support film, taking care not to touch the adhesive surface. Apply the exposed side of the patch directly onto the cold sore, then gently remove the remaining support film so the patch adheres fully. It is recommended to use the patches until the area is completely healed. Each patch is designed for single use only. Lipstick may be applied over the patch if desired.
