Good Health Advanced Deep Sleep contains scientifically researched ingredients Relissa® Lemon Balm Phytosome® and L-Theanine to support calm restful sleep patterns. Relissa® Lemon Balm is contained within Phytosome technology that improves bioavailability to support a healthy stress response, calm a busy mind and support relaxation before sleep.
L-Theanine an amino acid that can cross the blood brain barrier to support a calm mind and nervous system, so it supports going to sleep and staying asleep. Advanced Deep Sleep synergistically combines these two ingredients to support healthy sleep patterns, stress resilience, mood and healthy ageing.
