General Information

Good Health Extra Strength Magnesium Cream is a scientifically developed cream formulation that includes high strength Zechstein Magnesium Chloride that is rapidly absorbed into the skin and muscle tissue, along with Capsaicin and Arnica to support exercise recovery and healthy circulation. 

Extra Strength Magnesium Cream includes herbal extracts and essential oils to support the relaxation of muscle tension, and is a non-greasy cream with a pleasant aroma as it works into your skin.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on open wounds or infected areas of skin. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Contains Limonene, Linalool and Eugenol.

Ingredients: per cream (112mg of magnesium per 5mL) Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Glycerin, Capric/Caprylic Triglyceride, Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) Butter**, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Wheatstraw Glycoside, Pongamia pinnata (Karanja) Seed Oil, Arnica montana (Arnica) Flower Extract, Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Menthol, Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil**, Persea gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Macadamia integrifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil, Symphytum officinale (Comfrey) Leaf Extract, Capsicum frutescens Fruit Extract**, Brassica campestris (Rapeseed) Seed Oil**, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract**, Hypericum perforatum (St John’s Wort) Oil, Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) Flower Oil, Limonene*, Linalool*, Eugenol*.

Directions

Adults: Massage 1 teaspoon (5g) of cream, 2 to 4 times daily into the muscle tension area until fully absorbed, or as professionally advised.
