General Information

Blackmores Post Menopause Wellness supports 10 post-menopausal concerns in women over 50. It contains AlphaWave® L theanine, fenugreek, calcium, vitamin D3, and magnesium to support bone health, energy, metabolism, and relaxation. It also supports calcium absorption, vitality and libido, and supports a healthy stress response.

Warnings

Do not use if you are likely to become pregnant, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist for more than 8 weeks, consult your health professional. Dietary supplements can inly be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Dietary supplement should not replace a balanced diet.

Theanine 100 mg
Trigonella foenum-graecum seed extract dry conc.  297 mg Equivalent to dry 3 g

Directions

Adult Women - Take 1 tablet two times a day, or as prescribed by a health professional. Take with food.
