General Information

Good Health Magnesium Glycinate Plus is a scientifically researched formulation including highly bioavailable Magnesium Glycinate to support healthy muscle relaxation and nervous system function, which, alongside Taurine supports sleep and mood. L-Carnitine supports energy production and exercise recovery. Plus, Vitamin C to support L-Carnitine absorption, antioxidant protection and immune support. It can be taken any time of day, but many prefer it after workouts for recovery or before bed for relaxation and sleep support.

Magnesium Glycinate Plus in two natural flavours; mixed berry or mango that mixes easily with water for a delicious health drink, to support overall body relaxation and cellular energy all day, every day.
