Sodium as sodium chloride ............... 300 mg      
Potassium as potassium citrate ............... 200 mg

Additional ingredients: monk fruit extract, natural blackcurrant essence.

Directions

Adults (12+): Take ? tsp (2.1g) daily.
Children (4+): Take ? tsp (1.05g) daily. Mix into any cold drink of choice.
Take at least 2 hours away from medications.
