Beta-glucans (Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast extract, 1,3/1,6)  ................. 300mg 
Echinacea extract (4:1 extract, standardised to >4% Chicoric acid) ............... 300mg
Elderberry extract (50:1 extract, standardised to >25% Anthocyanidins) .......................300mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) .........................300mg
Vitamin A (retinyl acetate) ...................... 400mcg, 333IU
Vitamin D3 ........................ 5mcg, 200IU
Vitamin E .........................7.5mg
Zinc as Zinc Glycinate .................. 7.5mg

Additional ingredients: natural orange powder flavour, monk fruit extract.

Directions

Adults (12+): Take ? tsp (1.3g) daily or ? tsp (2.6g) daily at the first signs of ills & chills.
Children (4+): Take ? tsp (0.65g) daily.
Take at least 2 hours away from medications.
