The chosen base ingredients are green tea, a renowned antioxidant, and mugwort, a herb acclaimed for its skin-soothing properties. Panthenol has been incorporated to complement and enhance the protective qualities of these elements. Together, green tea and mugwort hydrate and calm the skin, while panthenol creates a moisture shield, preventing further irritation.
