General Information

Good Health Rapid Hydrate is designed to support cellular and overall hydration. With a precise electrolyte balance, it prioritises sodium and potassium in the optimal 5:1 ratio, while including magnesium and calcium in smaller amounts, reflecting natural sweat or fluid loss. Rapid Hydrate works quickly to support hydration and energy where and when you need it most—during intense exercise, fluid loss from illness, prolonged heat exposure, increased thirst, or when muscles are tensing, etc. With a natural and refreshing orange–lemon taste.

Warnings

Not recommended for those restricting sodium. Suitable for vegetarian & vegans. Suitable for pregnancy & breastfeeding at stated dose.

Ingredients

Ingredients: (per effervescent tablet)
Total Elemental Sodium 500mg, Sodium hydrogen carbonate (Equiv. Sodium 400mg) 1,470mg, Sodium Chloride (Equiv. Sodium 100mg; 154mg Chloride) 254mg, Potassium Citrate (Equiv. Potassium 100mg) 276mg, Calcium Citrate (Equiv. Calcium 50mg) 215mg, Magnesium Citrate (Equiv. Magnesium 40mg) 296mg.

Contains tabletting aids and colours. Only natural flavours and sweeteners used in this product. No preservatives. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy or wheat.

Directions

Adults: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in at least 200 mL of water.
Acute adult dose: Dissolve 1-2 effervescent tablets daily or as professionally advised.

Teens from 14 years: For maintenance, dissolve ½ a tablet daily or as professionally advised.
Acute dose for teens from 14 years: Dissolve 1 tablet daily or as professionally advised.
