Ingredients

Amount per daily serving (5.6 g):
Magnesium as Magnesium Bisglycinate 330 mg
Additional ingredients:
Citric Acid, Steviol Glycosides, Natural Orange flavour.

Directions

Mix with water or any cold drink of choice. For sleep support, take 2 hours before bed.
Ages 4-8: Take 2/3 tsp (1.9 g) daily.
Ages 9-13: Take 1 1/3 tsp (3.7 g) daily.
Ages 14+: Take 2 tsp (5.6 g) daily.
