Elemental delivery per tablet
•    Zizyphus jujube 1000mg
•    Total combined magnesium 175mg
•    (from Magnesium Bis Glycinate 125mg)
•    (from Magnesium Chloride 50mg)
•    Pyridoxine HCL (Vitamin B6) 10mg
•    Tart Cherry 225mg
•    L-Theanine 25mg
•    Zinc Gluconate 5mg

Directions

For best results take for a minimum of one month and ongoing as needed. 
9-12 years: Swallow 1 tablet with water 1 hour before bed.
12 years and older: Swallow 2 tablets with water 1 hour before bed.
