Directions
DIRECTIONS FOR USE (ADULTS)
For muscle strength, mass & endurance during resistance training: Add 1 scoop (8.9g) to 150mL of water daily.
To reduce muscle cramps, mild muscle spasms, stiffness & restore electrolytes: Add 1 scoop (8.9g) to 150mL twice daily.
