Clairol Pro Fixer Hair Colour Remover is an at-home colour removal kit designed to lift existing artificial hair colour in a single application. The kit includes a colour remover booster, activator and cream, plus a conditioner and gloves for use during the process. The formula is mixed at a 1:1 ratio, as stated on pack. Safety directions note the product is an irritant and requires an allergy alert test 48 hours before use, with protective gloves recommended during mixing and application. It is not intended for use on persons under 16 and must not be used for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows. Warnings

WARNING-IRRITANT. This product contains ingredients that may cause skin irritation to certain individuals; a preliminary test according to accompanying directions should be made before use. Must not be used for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows; do not use on broken skin. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Avoid contact with eyes. Wear protective gloves when mixing or using. Keep away from heat, sparks and naked flames. Mix strictly according to instructions. May cause fire if it comes in contact with other chemicals, paper or flammable material. FIRST AID: Contact a Poisons Information Centre (Australia 131126; New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor at once. If swallowed do not induce vomiting. If in eyes hold eyelids apart and flush continuously with running water for at least 15 minutes or until advised to stop. Hair colourants can cause severe allergic reactions. Not intended for persons under 16. Temporary-black henna tattoos may increase risk of allergy. Do not colour your hair if you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp; have ever experienced any reaction after colouring or bleaching/highlighting; or have experienced a reaction to a temporary-black henna tattoo in the past. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Rinse hair well after application. Perform allergy alert test 48 hours before use. Seek medical advice if any doubt.
