Powered by magnesium to help reduce muscle tension and de-stress an overthinking mind, Valerian Root - which has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to relieve anxiety, nervousness and insomnia. Plus, Sweet Almond Oil, which helps to hydrate and soften the skin, reducing dryness and promoting a healthy, glowing complexion.

HOW TO UNWIND

Pour 3-5 capfuls of milky goodness into a warm bath, then sit back and soak for at least 10 minutes. Enough time for those skin-loving ingredients to do their thing, and for you can forget whatever nonsense had you stressed in the first place.
