Two Islands Hydrate is a refreshing blend of essential electrolytes. Whether you're working out, navigating a busy day or just staying active, when mixed with water, Hydrate electrolytes helps keep you hydrated.

Our Orange Citrus Salt flavour delivers a bright, refreshing orange twist, making hydration deliciously easy. Available in convenient electrolyte sachets for on-the-go hydration.

Warnings

Not a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and appropriate physical training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age: should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.

Ingredients

Per 6g sachet:
Sodium (as Natural Sea Salt) 1,000mg
Potassium (as Citrate) 300mg
Calcium (as Citrate) 175mg
Magnesium (as Citrate) 100mg

Also contains malic acid, beta-carotene, natural mango and passionfruit flavours, stevia and beetroot powder.

Directions

Dissolve 1 sachet (6.2 g) in 600-750 mL of water, depending on your flavour preference. Take 1-2 sachets daily depending on your level of activity. Do not consume more than 2 sachets per day.
