Directions

HOW: Serve size = 10g (1 level scoop).
Adults: Add 10g (1 level scoop) to 200mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Consume plenty of water throughout the day.
WHEN: Take 10g (1 level scoop) once daily, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
