Nordia Magnesium 300mg is an unflavoured, one-a-day clean label formula containing a high-strength dose of magnesium to support muscle health and nervous system function. Take one sachet daily in water, juice, a smoothie, or your favourite food, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains phenylalanine (an amino acid) and soy derived substances.

ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS: Glycine and purfied water. The vitamin D3 in this product contains small levels of starch sodium octenyl succinate, dl-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium ascorbate (a form of vitamin C), silicon dioxide, vegetable oil (carrier for fat soluble vitamin D) and maltodextrin (carbohydrate).

Directions

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal. 
2. Add the powder of one sachet in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water. Alternatively, the contents can also be blended seamlessly into smoothies or shakes and mixed into cold foods such as cereal or yoghurt. 
3. Consume immediately.
