Warnings

Do not use if:
• You are under 55 years of age.
• You have liver problems.
• You are taking any other medicines for sleep.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You are allergic to melatonin or any other component of this medicine. If you get an allergic reaction, stop taking and seek medical advice immediately.

Unless a doctor has told you to, do not use this product:
• If you have an autoimmune disease.
• If you have kidney problems.
• For more than 30 Days.

Consult a pharmacist or doctor before use if you are taking other medicines regularly.

While using this medicine:
• Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine.
• Keep to the recommended dose.
• This medicine may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive or operate machinery.
• If an overdose is taken or suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (0800 764 766) or go to hospital straight away even if you feel well.

Directions

Adults aged 55 years and over: Take 1 tablet once daily, 1 – 2 hours before bedtime and after food. Swallow whole. Do not crush or chew.
