General Information
Mobiflam Muscular Pain Heat Patches delivers consistent, penetrating warmth to tense muscles and relieve muscle pain, joint sprains & strains, and stiffness. Gentle heat increases local blood flow, bringing oxygen and nutrients that support natural healing and restore comfortable movement.
Warnings
Warning: Do not apply to the face, broken or irritated skin, bruises, rashes or swelling. Do not cut, fold, wet, massage or re-heat the patch. Limit use on the same area to no more than 8 hours within 24 hours. Do not wear while sleeping or when pressure from tight clothing/belts may compress the patch. ?Not suitable for infants, young children, or anyone unable to remove the patch unaided. Do not use with other skin medications, heat sources, or during MRI/X-ray procedures. ?Discontinue use immediately if the patch feels excessively.
Cautions: External use only. All heat products may cause skin irritation or burns-check skin frequently; remove at the first sign of redness, blistering or discomfort. Seek medical advice before use if you have heart disease, poor circulation, nerve damage, diabetes, eczema, are pregnant, or are sensitive to adhesives. Supervise use on the elderly or physically impaired. If swallowed, or if contents contact eyes or skin, rinse with water and obtain medical help promptly. Hot or skin irritation occurs.

Ingredients
Iron Powder, Activated Carbon, Vermiculite, Salt, Resin, Water.
Directions
Open the sachet only when you're ready — each patch activates on contact with air. Peel away the backing film and press the adhesive side onto clean, dry skin directly over the painful area (if your skin is sensitive, place it over light clothing instead). When treatment is finished, gently lift one corner and peel the patch off. Each patch is single use; once it cools, simply dispose the patch with normal household waste.
