Squeeze out enough liquid lip balm to coat the tip of the silicone applicator. 3. Apply to lips, starting at the center and working outward. 4. Apply more coats of lip balm as desired for a deeper lip colour. 5. And that's it! Smooth, comfy-matte lips in a single smush.
