5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) 80mg; 
Prunus cerasus (Tart Cherry) ext. 25:1 50mg equiv. to dry fruit 1250mg; 
Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) ext. 10:1 10mg, equiv. to dry flower 100mg;

Directions
